1st day: Arrival
Arrive to the airport of Pisa or Florence. Transfer to the hotel for the dinner and stay overnight.

2nd day: Volterra, Colle Val d’Elsa, Monteriggioni, Castellina in chianti, Volterra
After the breakfast in the hotel transfer to Monteriggioni. Free visit of the town wanted for a long time both from Florence inhabitants and Siena inhabitants. Wine tasting (Chianti Gallo nero). After the visit of Monteriggioni transfer to San Gimignano. Guided visit of the town and lunch with wine and typical products tasting.

3rd day: Volterra, Pisa, Lucca, Volterra
After the breakfast boarding and transfer towards Pisa .During the morning visit of the town with local guide. Lunch in restaurant. In the afternoon transfer to Lucca. Guided visit of the town. At the end transfer to the farm for the dinner and wine tasting.

4th day: Volterra, San Gimignano, Certaldo, Volterra.
After the breakfast in the hotel settlement and departure to San Gimignano. Arrive and free visit of the town, that has a medieval charm. At the end of the excursion transfer to the farm for the lunch and for the tasting of the wine and of the typical products. In the afternoon transfer to Certaldo. Free visit of the medieval suburb. At the end of the visit return to the hotel for the dinner and stay overnight.

5th day: Volterra, Siena; Montalcino, Volterra
Breakfast in the hotel and departure to Siena. Meeting with the guide and visit of the town. At the end of the visit transfer to Montalcino for the lunch in farm and wine tasting (Rosso di Montalcino e Brunello di Montalcino). In the afternoon free visit of the town. At the end of the excursion return to the hotel. Dinner and stay overnight.

6 day: Volterra e dintorni e corso di cucina
Breakfast in the hotel and free time. At 10 o’clock starts the cooking course, theory and preparation of the lunch. In the afternoon visit of Volterra (with audio guide). At the end of the visit transfer to Larderello for an excursion in the geothermic area of Tuscany. Visit to the geothermic museum and if will be possible, we’ll assist to the opening of a geothermic well. After that return to the hotel for the dinner and stay overnight.

7 day: Departur:
Breakfast in the hotel, settlement of the baggage and transfer to the airport for the departure.
