1 day: Arrival
Arrive to Pisa airport and accommodation in a 3/4 stars hotel or in a farm holidays, dinner and stay overnight.

2 day: on Chianti’s road
Continental buffet breakfast, departure to the famous Chianti area, territory historically contended by Siena and Florence that spread through 70 000 hectare and since 1924 is characterized by the trademark “Gallo Nero”. Arrive in Greve in Chianti to discover the origin of the wine production. Visit to the cellar of Greve in Chianti inaugurated in September 2000 in order to make the most of Chianti that can be taste as all the products of Chianti’s territory. Lunch in restaurant to discover the ancient taste of meal and sausage. Go for a walk in the village and visit of the Abbey to Passignano situated on a road that time before connected Val d’Elsa with Valdarno. Return to the hotel, dinner and stay overnight.

3 day: Montepulciano, Pienza and Crete Senesi
Continental buffet breakfast and departure to Montepulciano, to discover the beautiful town of medieval origin and the famous wine. Free lunch. In the afternoon advice to visit some of the centre of the Naturalistic, Artistic and Cultural Park in Val d’Orcia. More over advice to visit Pienza, town of the Renaissance, Bagni Vignoni, Castiglione d’Orcia, Rodicofani, San Quirico d’Orcia and Monticchiello. Visiting the medieval suburbs is possible to admire the beautiful landscape on the valley and on Amiata mountain. Return to the hotel, dinner and stay overnight.

4 day: Montalcino and Brunello wine
Continental buffet breakfast and departure to Montalcino on Brunello wine road. Visit of the medieval castle and to the wine shop that is inside. Free tasting and visit to the Banfi farm in the south of Montalcino where is possible to admire lots of vineyards. Today this farm is a reference point for all that have to work with wine and his production. There is the possibility to visit the ancient cellar, the glass museum, and also to taste some wines and to eat combining 5 kind of wine. There’ll be dishes cooked by the Tuscany tradition.
In the afternoon possible excursion to Castelnuovo Abate where there is the beautiful Sant’Antimo abbey, that was one of the richest in Tuscany, today testimony of the monastic architecture. Return to the hotel, dinner and stay overnight.

5 day: Cetonma –San Casciano dei Bagni
Continental buffet breakfast and free morning available with advice to visit Cetona, little medieval suburb that has lots of testimonies in the Prehistoric museum and in the Belverde cave and also San Casciano dei Bagni, known for his thermal station but as medieval centre too. Return and lunch. Free time available also in the afternoon with possible excursions to the Trasimeno lake and the villages neighbourhood, like Panicate and Castiglione del Lago. Return to the hotel, dinner and stay overnight.

6 day: Caiole in Chianti and Area Chianti
Continental buffet breakfast. Departure towards Chianti area to visit the castles following one of six itinerary developed by the Communal Administration of Gaiole in Chianti. The three that are considered the best among the six are that of Brolio, Meleto and Badia a Coltibuono. These are the places where lived Bettino Ricasoli, the person who established the composition of Chianti wine. The castle is restored by gothic rules, typically Romanic, and has a farm with 1200 hectare. The Meleto castle was built at the end of 1300, but inside is baroque style. Inside is possible to taste Chianti wine, to eat and to know all the type of wine that they produce. At the end, Badia a Coltibuono, beautiful abbey surrounded by a wonderful wood, was built around an oratory at the end of VIII century. It was founded by monks around the year 1000 as place of meditation and actually gives the possibility to visit the yard, the cloister and the cellars. In the restaurant is possible to eat and to taste different wines. Return to the hotel, dinner and stay overnight.

7 day: departure.
